Our
mission is to develop student leaders in our school community.
To that end,
Leadership students will take complete and full responsibility
to coordinate
student events, take initiative, make decisions, build advanced
communication skills and work as a team to accomplish the goals
they established as student leaders. |
Our SRVHS class
parents play a critical role in supporting our mission for student leaders.
Each Class has a group of parents who work with their student officers
under the guidance of the SRVHS Leadership and/or Administrative Advisor.
In order to foster the development of these skills for our student leaders,
class parents will guide, support and assist class officers in the following
ways:
1. Homecoming
a. Float Construction
b. Float Supervision
2. Wolfpack Days
a. Coordinate Class Table
b. Coordinate Event Sales
c. Coordinate Senior Calendar & Sales
3. Community Service
Project
a. Drive Students As Needed
b. Help Coordinate Adopted School Logistics at Peres
4. School Dances
a. Supervision of the Dance Set-Up
b. Chaperone Assistance if needed
5. Link Articles
a. Co-Author with Class Vice President
b. Obtain Final Approval with Administrator Advisor
6. Major Events
(Senior Trips, Sophomore Cruise, Jr. Prom, Senior Ball)
a. Coordinate Permission Slips
b. Coordinate Sign-In at Event
c. Assist with Event Decorations
d. Assist with transportation as Appropriate (Waterworld & Cruise)
Services
Students Need to Fully & Completely Coordinate
1. Selling Periods 3. Graduation (Sophomore/Junior)
2. Ski Swap Sales 4. Baccalaureate (Freshmen)

Roles/Responsibilities
1. Administrators Will Support And Guide Students Leaders Keeping In
Mind Our Mission For Their Development As Student Leaders.
