1) use the tech service request email that is in the "Start Menu" on the PC. (Ah, you say, what if the PC is broken? . . go to another PC and Login. Remember we have roaming profiles, which means that you can avail yourself of your files, favorites list and email from any PC hooked to the network.)

2) call and leave a voice mail message.

3) fill out a tech service request form on Ken's office door.
