School Loop Program

School Loop is the new program being used at San Ramon Valley High School for information about student progress and grades. With School Loop both students and parents have separate accounts to access grades, assignments, resources for classes, and other important information from teachers. Progress Reports will be available only through School Loop, so sign up today and get in the Loop.

Signing up for School Loop is easy! All you need is a valid email address and your student's ID number (found on their ID card or schedule).

Go to and click "Parent Registration".
Fill out the online form. The email you give will be checked against school records to verify authenticity. An assistant principal or counselor may contact you after you register to the email you provided. Once approved, you will be able to view your student's grades.
Accept the School Loop User Agreement Policy. You will automatically be logged in.
If you have multiple students, select "Add Students" on your dashboard. Complete the registration (make sure you have the student's ID number).
At any time you can modify your account through "Account Management" including your preference to receive the daily homework email which goes out each night at 5pm.
Once you have registered, it may take school staff a few days to verify your email address. You do not need to contact the school to be approved.

Teachers are expected to update grades a minimum of every three weeks. Assignments are posted on School Loop or on a teacher's external site accessible through School Loop. Please contact your student's teacher for specific information.
